| Buzzer Activator /Lever | Part of igniton lock that causes the key warning buzzer to operate when key left in ignition and driver door opened |

| Casting Number (Ignition Lock) | Some igntion housing have a casting number embossed on outside which can often help identify lock. |
| Complete Lock (Ignition Lock) | Lock including outside housing which may be installedon car as a complete unit as opposed to a cylinder or plug which need to go into original housing |
| Cylinder Assmebly (Ignition Lock) | Plug and housing into which the plug is installed to make complete assembly. This is instllaed into another housing to create complete lock |
| Factory Alarm | Alarm fitted at factory at time of maunfacture |
| Ignition switch | Electrical part of the ignition lock assembly which fits onto rear of steering column lock housing. |
| Lock Housing (Ignition Lock) | Part of igntion lock which attaches to the steering column |
| Lokc Housing (Door Lock) | Part which the plug is inserted into to create a complete lock |
| Plug Only | Actual plug or cylinder into which tumblers are installed. It must be installed into an outside housing which may create an assembly that must be installed into another outside housing |
| Unassembled Lock | Lock supplied in parts without keys or tumblers that must be assembled |
